While the company’s classic organizational structures implies a rigid structure divided into departments, the growing importance of projects has contributed to breaking down of boundaries between departments to form teams of experts from different fields. Sometimes the clear boundaries between roles become increasingly blurred and there is more and more room for creative thinking and innovation.
A T-expert is a person who, in addition to deep knowledge within his profession, also has a wide range of knowledge outside it. A T-expert is a person who connects the team with his extensive knowledge, has developed communication skills and is prone to innovation – he can think like a scientist, engineer, programmer, analyst and client, and they are excellent project managers.
While experts in search of new knowledge and competencies recognized IT as an indispensable component of their breadth, IT recognized these multidisciplinary individuals as links and leaders of their teams who with their creativity and flexible approach offer new ways to solve problems and create innovations.
Multidisciplinary is represented in our team and we prefer this way of working. We believe that with a creative and flexible approach we can contribute to the development of information technology and offer a better and wider service.
